That's true. I'm rather partial to 71-72 Mustangs, Pantera's, Lotus Esprit's and Ferrari's.

Is that a parachute tied to the back of that 62 Sport Fury? I didn't think early stockers used (or needed) them? Can't see where it attaches to if it is?

oh, and what's the name of the white 62 Savoy? LOL

Not sure at what point 'chutes came into use on door cars. They may well have started using them because the run off areas on some of those early tracks were a bit short. My favourite is still the one where the run off area goes uphill into a copse and then off a cliff, genius...
