Someone who used to be part of the 'Mopar scene' back in the early 80's thru to the late 90's has dug out loads of prints from back in those days, and posted photos of them on facebook, on the UK Mopars page.

Quite a few feature yours truly and our gang, plus of course his closer mates from back in the day; Blue, Graeme Arno, Mark Richards, Steve Rawlings, Micky Fulbrook, Jason Woods and Paul Worrall (both sadly no longer with us) plus many others.

I'll post some of them here... I'm sure he wont mind but I will check...

First one I wanted to share was this one from Brighton in 1987 with Chris Orthodoxou's cuda, which he still has. Also in the pic is Gavin 'Mr Norm' and Stutwin

In the last pic, I think Mark is sitting on his front wing (unless he used to be 7ft tall), and his mate Graham is standing on the passenger sill.
Not sure who the mullet / white tee is standing on the driver side sill

13.2 - must be pre-440.

I wondered that... but I think Mark is standing on his sill next to mullet-man - if he was sitting on his wing, he'd be a lot lower down

Yes, Nobby (Graham) on the other sill

Must have been the 360

I have seen a few of these over on UKMopars but as is the nature of the facebook beast they’re spread about all over the show

, great to get them all in one place, and at least I know that when I come back here tomorrow they’ll still be here

The Challenger with the white ‘nose’ stripe … was that a valid option?? Not seen that before

Our mate Richard Wilson's 72 cuda which he bought in '85 then sold it a few years later, after he'd run it into the ground, driving up to Doncaster from Wembley every week to see his girlfriend

Richard Wilson's 72 340 cuda. I painted the Mopar Mooner' name on the side with Humbrol modelling paint... so named as he did have the habit of legging it onto the track during oil downs and dropping his trousers
