we got all of the tyres removed from the torq thrust wheels today ready for the guy to collect them. i'll reuse the tyres on the slot mags once they've had a good polish. i won't know yet if the rears will clear the arches to roll it back over to my main garage by the house, if not we'll have to fit a couple of others to get that done. either way the new rear wheels will stick out of the arches so there'll be some radiusing to do, fine with me as i like that look. :thumbright:

as i'm so decisive and never change my mind...... i've swapped the 318 engine and box for a jensen 383 and 727. i know i know i bought all those 'goody' bits to make more power from the 318 but it's a small block and i'm building a gasser so it really should have a big block right? :thumbright: anyway it's a mate so i may also end up dealing the parts for..... well i don't know yet, lol. ;)

after chatting with my mate he didn't want to buy the 'goody bits' i'd collected for the 318 so we've decided not to swap.
