hey guys have a mate who wants quarters for his 69 charger, he wants the best for it any advice???????// we know getting some cut off a rustfree car is an option but want to know who makes the best pattern ones

Dunc, common opinion seems to be that they are mostly made by the same people.
The smaller patch panels are best left alone, the repo "full" quarters are die stamped so not bad but usually need a little of work. I had two on mine and they came out fine.

Goodmark, Sherman, Auto Body Specialities, etc all do them, I got most of my panels from Sherman.
If Tony has some chances are they will be the same as the rest....

My cuda's Q panel came from Goodmark, the bodyman was very impressed with the shape and how it fitted in place. Did not need a lot of work to look good

Goodmark every time. Shermans are very hit and miss and from what I hear from Challenger owners it is usually a miss. :(
