Trans mount wear?

Following 'Satellites' vibration thread I thought I should check my trans mount for wear.
I can lever (fairly easy) the mount laterally about 1/4" each way. when looking at the impact of this on the prop it looks quite a lot.
Anyone able to tell me if there should be any play in the trans mount?

i don`t think there should be any play in it at all, mine was actualy a very tight fit
