b body headliner trms

the rear of my headliner seems to be naked, and the teeth are visible, there is trim around the front/sides, but not the rear should it be another metal trim, or is it an after market job in plastic.

seen a rear window inner trim set on th eyear one site, is this relevent to my problem, or just to tidy the inner part of the rear window.

god what a long winded waffle.

That trim is what you want, however.......it is hard plastic rather than the softer stuff used originally and is different along the bottm, also it is a PITA to get to fit even remotley well, and it is only availabe in blacl, they say you can paint it, but seeing as you have to whack it on with a hammer, it is sort of pointless !

so it slots onto the lip of the rear wondow before the glass goes in?

No, the window stands proud of the lip it goes on (just) then it has a U shape that covers over the grippers
