correct manifold ?

Post by RoelB »

I am trying to get the correct exh manifolds for a ' 72 440, this guy thinks it is correct, but cannot read the numbers....
To me they look like a much later '70's .
I have been unable to get the correct casting numbers anywhere. Any ideas?
thanks

Thanks Duncan, I did post a wanted ad here a few weeks ago, maybe you missed it. Anyway, I have an idea this guy has a ' 77 440 truck engine that these manifolds came off.
I'll certainly appreciate if you can have a look for me, my car has headers fitted at the moment.
