Hi Clivey
she looked pretty decent on the surface, but the rear quarters were full of filler - about 5 or 6mm thick in some places
It was only the fact that when the wheel came off and got caught underneath, I decided to go get the car done - although I was planning on a trunk floor and fuel tank.
It has just been such a long, and not too pleasant experience at times.
But progress is being made - I will just be thankful to get her back!!
Still trying to decide, but I think she will be silver - definately not a General Lee now. Will be my daily driver!!!

I think Silver would look cool Martin (with black vinyl roof and BB stripe???). Not going down the General Lee route is the right decision I think. That should be preserved for 69's. For every day that passes, you are one day closer to getting it back. I am pretty sure the pain will all be a distant memory the first time you start her up, stick it in drive, and pull out of the workshop.
