While out hooning yesterday, I noticed that every now and again when I burnout I only spin up one wheel and not the usual two. Is it normal for suregrip axles to do this or do I have a problem lingering?
Depends if it's cone type or clutch type. Not 'sure' if the 8 1/4 came with both flavours. As Dunc said, yer better off with an 8.75, but you're in for at least a monkey from scratch.....

This may sound a bit thick but would it help it any if I out fresh diff oil in it? As I havent got a clue when it was last done, I've had it for a year and I havn't done it yet. Its always been one of those jobs I'm always going to do tomorrow.
Thats a bloody good question It doesn't whine so I would say yes. (I hope) What grade do they use (just in case ) as I'd rather it didn't give out before or at the Euronats
