Stroke of luck!

Post by Kev »

I was bolting my torque convertor up in the 'Cab yesterday. Feed in a bolt, drag meself to the front of the car turn the crank from underneath with a socket/breaker bar, drag meself back, feed another in, back up to the front, etc etc. Then do it all again torquing them up (threadlock and 20 ft/lbs). Finished! THEN I realised I hadn't checked that I'd bolted it in as per the scribed marks on one ear. :? More turning of the crank looking for the lines. I'd only managed to get it right! RESULT! Don't see that sort of luck on a Mopar too often! 8-)

Kev. If it hadn't have been on the right way as per your mark you would not have got one of the bolts in because one is offset. ;)
