I got done for using states plates and having no bonnet on my first 33 Plymouth rod in the early 90's :cry: Got a 14 day fix ticket and had to fit new plates and make a new bonnet by cutting a 32 ford model B one into four to widen and lengthen it to fit :evil:

There is a place Birmingham way that make custom plates in all styles

They do states plates which Skippy has on his Dart.
pressed ally english plates Black with silver letters which they do for £20 a pair at restoration shows while you wait. They also do mail order
