errrm, no. but it's going to be a monster I rekon, with body and suspension lift, and I'm thinking of turboing the engine, if it will fit in the already cramped engine compartment.
mig welder went into the menders today so the project is kind of on pause for a couple of days

welder mended so back on track.
Panhard rod made, and i have also put in the Patrol steering column, by welding the base of the Range Rover column to the Nissan column. Luckily it is the same length. I have gained up and down adjustment from the Patrol

all connected up and now the wheels turn when the steering wheel does. Good sign.
I have started modding the pedalbox now. I am trying to squeeze the clutch servo in, this means moving the brake servo and pedal over to the right, and moving the clutch pedal over to the left a bit. Makin' a new bulkhead plate to achieve this.

Can't wait to see more of this as you progress Will ... especially with a turbo on it

turbo is tricky for two reasons,
1: i think the elbow is going to hit the bulkhead,
2: the injector pump would need modifying, basically a different top casing and a handful of other bits which give it the ability to read boost pressure and adjust the fuelling.
might worry about turbo after i've actually got the thing working

That'll do, keep it lightweight and it'll just skim over the top of the snow

Great stuff Will
I am full of admiration for you and your ambitious projects, especially when it took me a whole weekend to replace a ruddy water pump

I had to do it twice, because the Halfrauds "glycol resistant" gasket sealant turned out to be anything but
