I thought it might be heavier than that. But you would have to add over 500lbs to eat up the HP used that day.
If you get a chance get your car weighed as it is when on the track. Yourself, 1/2 tank of fuel at least, any tools in the boot etc all included in the weight.
You can then use the information on my maths spreadsheet to see if the car is performing correctly.
I had mine weighed at the Nats, Blue has had his done and Pete's primer Dart has been done. Even RichDebs had his lard barge done. £20, quick efficient job. Look out at the track next year. 4 corners driver in and out of the car. Would be better to have some time on the scales to jack the weight around via torsion bar preload etc.

weighed 3,900 no driver, i woulda thought a smallblock one should be circa 3,6-700 no driver, dont reckon there is many mopes truthfully over 4,000, cept the c barges off course
