:P :P :P
Yes, bought it from Tony going on 4 years ago, and it took me about 18 months to restore it, but since then just been driving and enjoying. I use it all the time (even to take the misses shopping to Tesco). Also travelled some long distances (euronats, hot rod drags, nostalgia drags etc) and it's 100% reliable. I'm in the process of upgrading the brakes so my misses can drive it.

Replacing existing manual drums for a power disc brake kit, and while I'm at it I'm renewing all the front suspension bushes, track rod ends etc.

I must mention the fantastic service I had from Classic Industries in Huntington Beach, California. Place an order late on Monday evening, items delivered first thing Thursday morning (and I used the cheapest shipping option they offered).

The costs of the parts for those of you who are interested (like I am) is below:

disc brake kit $710
suspension rebuild kit $253 (doesn't include pitman arm, idler arm, or anti roll bar bushes)
moog premium idler arm $60
They also gave me a volume discount of $102
shipping and other costs $435

The exchange rate at the time was $1.49 to the £, total bill was £905.71 plus duty and vat charge of £221.31 (Total cost delivered £1127.02).

Had a few hours to spare this weekend so I went out to garage to assemble the hub and calliper - it was easy, the only complication being, although minor, was that I had to bend the metal part of the brake hoses as it was stretching a bit on full lock (see pic).

Brake conversion now complete, just got to adjust the proportioning valve to stop the rear brakes locking before the front.
