Yes, loads to do. Have already taken out the instrument panel, removed the air ducts so I can get at the heater mechanism. The aircon went a long time ago so I can tidy that up.
Instruments don't work except the speedometer and so guess the PCB/power source are shot.
Also will do a rewire, have already thrown out the old fuse box and put a cheap (halfords) blade type box as a temporary fix in an attempt to sort out problems, have managed to get all lighting circuits to work properly except for dash instrument lights.

Have bypassed the bulkhead disconnect for the higher current applications including, at Ade's advice, getting rid of the ammeter.

Sorry about the poor pics, my first attempt using iPhoto having just moved from PC to Apple. Hopefully these new ones are both small enough files for the forum and big enough to be useful.

As I'm not over worried about originality I'm probably going to a generic wiring system, (Langy's?) will keep the original rallye dash in case I ever sell the car but will probably fit all new instruments and switches keeping the look close to original. Unless any of you know how to fix the dash so it works reliably?

I guess this has been done many times before so would appreciate advice.
