Are you sure they have faded? Rather than had the inserts redone in the wrong cloth? We buy from PA quite often and you don't generally see that sort of fading on interiors. I would try the spray on something other than the seats first to see what it does or it could end up looking worse

Definately faded....you can see the same colour as the back seats on the rear edge of the insert when the seat is tipped forward. Cant stay as it is as it looks bad so will test on the back edge first before doing the rest. I know she started life in PA but ended up in NY so who knows where shes been in the years between....somewhere sunny I suspect!! :D

I would think an Ink type dye would do it no probs

Imagine breaking a pen in yer back pocket....that would dye that spot on the seat nicely

So some red ink type brushed onto the fabric leaving a little from the edge allowing it to creep/seep outwards.

All done....just got to leave it to dry for 72 hrs. Pleased with the coverage and its easy to use. I sprayed it on and just worked it into the grain of the cloth with a paint brush to make sure it covered evenly. It is drying a bit darker than it looks on the pics which is more of a match for the original colour. Pays to mask carefully and wipe any overspray off before it dries.

They look great Steve, you will get a better idea once they are back in the car, but looks as though they will match nicely.
