Rear drums - Replacements needed (??)

Conclusion - Success. After refurbishing the drums (and tightening up the steering idler arm after "those bushes have gone mate") I went back to the MOT station and the guy wrote out the ticket without even testing the brakes. :shock:
"Changed those drums then. Thats more like it." he says. Maybe it pays to get there just as they're thinking about closing...

Are we there yet dad ..... 10 to the gallon but worth it.

In the days when i needed to I always found that the best way forward.

For gods sake change them before they get any worse though. Remember your life depends on those suckers.

The replacements are on their way from Wil.
(Though the way those brakes fade at their best I think the plastic St Christophers medal is just as useful in warding off an early end).
