Brost Forge de-arched the front leafs on my '72 F250 to put the lift back to standard. no problems.

Mike, that ball joint was welded up Sunday morning. Nothing to see here ;)

Think all bases covered now Matt but just to add to the pot, I spoke to a guy at the NEC a couple of years ago who has a company in Sheffield who retemper classic car leaf springs. He has all the correct bushings etc that he will refit into the spring if needed.

I have a leaflet at home so will post the details later. More relevant to the guys up that way but you can courier them to the company and they will return them refurbed etc

Powermyster, not sure what you mean by 'image with weight'?
That pic that Mike posted shows the car with full tool kit and spare wheel. The whole rear is easily 1.5-2" higher now. It doesn't compress much either. It also hooks up pretty hard now.
