No news on the charger yet. Not so easy to just pop in for a look. With the car being 630 miles away in a paint shop.

But i have faith in the painter so I'm happy for now
A big big thanks you to Anton for is advice and the template for my bottom arms saved me alot of time.
I copyed Antons template made them out of 2mm steel
Played with a milling machine then gave up (too slow) and went to angle grinder and file
Welded them on. Lots of clamps
also welded the stud things and bump stop plates
When finished i grinned all welds flat for that factory look.
Then sand blasted again and powder coat

Looking good will.
Make sure your steering box bolt are very tight and use lock tite as the like to come loose and give alot of play in the steering. I have added nuts to back of the bolts i can get too to make sure it doesn't move ever.

you 2 need to both get your arses out here i ant got a clue.
reamer sounds a bit kinky to me no thanks
The picture was of a normal drill bit just drilling some big holes before i got the file out.
The P of the poo was made with a proper milling head i first drilled a hole with it then using the side surface of the tool. Drove the steel into it.
It was a brand new tool and only 2 mm plate i through it would have chewed trough that. but was really slow. Yes the thing was spinning the correct way.and i used proper cutting oil. Think i need to read up some more about lathes and milling machines.
Keep up the great work on you car john. You can aways take a part off and find a dry place to clean paint fix it.
