Those leaf springs don't look original to me?
Built a few sets and they look different.
No holes in the ends of the leaves for the plastic sliders???
Also the spring clamps ar in the wrong places too.
They must have been rebuilt at some time with new parts, non Mopar?
Paul500.
Yeah thanks paul there not original as the cars arse was so high in the air.
There where no rubber bushes between the springs.

Inspirational Will, to say the least! Fantastic job.... My OCD kicked in big style when I saw the pile of bolts etc... I wouldnt be able to sleep till they were all back in numbered, labelled, listed and everything elsed bags in a numbered and labelled box on shelf number 2! God help me if I ever dropped some cocktail sticks....but only on a Friday.... Kids call me Raymond!
Looks really good mate and the quality of your work looks fantastic! You will know the car inside out by the time you are finished. Great facilities aswell, no scrabbling round on the floor to get under her etc, must be great. Ive always said, having the right tools etc to do a job really makes life easier. Cant wait to see the next lot of photos.
Thanks for posting, great thread!
Cheers Steve

Will do you need bushes for your leaf springs?
If so I've got some new energy suspension ones that you can have, I'll have to check the part numbers but I'm pretty sure they'll fit your Charger.

Crack on Will - console is great. I was amazed at how Anton was able to bring my chrome back from a flat dull looking stainless that someone had a go at with wire wool to virtually like new,
