The wiper motor wiring is bizarre
If it's the same as mine, the motor has two windings. One for slow, one (which turns in the motor in the opposite direction) for fast.

Scroll down page 18 of my Belve thread and you'll see the fun we had. My motor was packed solid with grease which had gone rock hard, and the switch was frazzled...

Thanks just wanted to know if its a 3 speed or 2 speed. As im going to run new wires just wonderd if anybody know what i should give to each cable.Eg E.F.G.H

So i had a problem where my powdercoating bubbled of my front axle. I belive this to be beause of oil that is inside the axle. Even when i did burnt it out in the oven. I took my front axle to a powdercoating shop and asked what i can do ? He said powdercoating is Bananarama! But this is your buissenss this is how you make money. He said i know but its Bananarama! . When there is a part that may twist or bend or be stoned chiped powdercoating is not the one.

He said paint is better or the best is zinc plated like my nuts and bolts.

So 4 steps back one forward.

Have you ever tryed to sand blaste powdercoating it is like Bananarama! concret.

After trying everything to get it off wire brushed ect ect .

All my axle parts where put in a tank filled with potassium hydroxide that was heated not sure how hot. I manged to get some snap shots of inside. The tank had a lid on and as they open it they said shut your eyes as it will sting. Bananarama! me i could not work in that place. It was bad i came out feeling ill and had to get straight in a shower.

All parts will now be yellow zinc plated axles under car parts the inside stuff will be left powder coated. I know some have had great results with powder coating but im not doing this again.

Below are some pictures that i lost 5 years off my life to get for you lot

It's all a learning curve mate. I've made countless cock ups but you learn & try to become more knowledgeable (although I still struggle!) :?

That place in the photos looks like the sort of place the mafia would get rid of bodies!

What's losing a couple of years off your life to get a Mopar the way you want it! :thumbright:

Interesting stuff Will.

On a side note i'm amazed that anyone would work in that environment. Breathing in the airborne gasses 5 days a week must do your health wonders!

Look forward to more photo's!! :thumbright:
