It's just not worth the risk with thinners when so many other useful ideas have come forward.
thinners is okish on modern 2pac paint , that has been painted for a long time , but you need to what your doing , as it can still make it soft .
if your not experianced with stuff like this ..use paint shop degreaser, (panel wipe) .... you can also get glue remover , from wurth but ..its not worth it ..escuse the pun as panel wipe does the same job & cheaper

Right girlies
Its not just glue there is still a small amount of soft velcro type material on top.
I tried frame cleaner, no luck
Tar spot remover, little effect
Taken a whole side off with petrol, and a packer. Took time but is working
Paintwork seems ok. Need to T-Cut the whole car afterward anyway.

good hot jetwash, the best way to get stickers off, get them nice 'hot & wet' & they will peel straight off, done many a commerical this way

yep i know the stuff , it will come off with degreaser ,& a plastic spreader , soak it with deagreaser & then use the spreader as a saw ,
just be gald some one did not stick them on with sikaflex

Soaking a rag in 2 stroke, then rubbing it on the glue/velcro strips, then scraping with a plastic packer. After taking a layer off, just reapplied a damp cloth of 2 stroke to it. Took time but wasn't too bad.

i should come on here more often, ive got two box's full of tex eraser wheels nana lmao, i got some g3 too if ya wont, bugger t cut full of ammonia
