Hi Moparfolks,

Snowed proper good on Detling Hill Friday morning!
Went to look at a 'real' Sixpack Jensen Interceptor in Paddock Wood Kent.
The motor was there, well sort of thrown in and was complete!
If it hadn't been snowing probably would have bought it.
£3000 for a 440 sixpack Musclecar, can't be bad eh?

Anyways its gone now, you gets your chance and you gotta take it, probably gone to Germany LOL!

Happy Christmas Bacca. :thumbright:

A car that performs as well as these and costs next to nothing to run is very much our cup of tea.

Mind you, not as cheap to run as the wrecks you seem to be attracted to as ornaments for your front garden.

But you have to remember. Our "daily drivers" are not actually for me. I don't need or use a car for work or anything. My name is not on the title.

Diana is the one that drives the daily cars the most and even then it is only a few times a week. We don't do more than 4,500 miles a year in our "Daily Drivers". Compare that to the 3,000 I did last year in the Corvette.

This model Alpha won awards for being the safest hatchback ever made. It has six airbags for christs sake.
THAT is why my wife now owns an Alpha. I just like it because when I do get to drive it I can chuck it down country lanes at quite some speed. I call that a damn good compromise of a car. :thumbright:

The Guy selling the Jensen was a bit of a Toff!
Said he would do us a favour and knock £100 orf at £2900, wow!
Thats the danger of looking first at a Dealers???
Deffo not looking at a car in the SNOW again LoL.
If I had £2900 to shell out it would on a Holiday well away from Flipping SNOW!!! :D :D :D

Happy Christmas to all in Moparland, Jensen owners included!
