Was that pic 'pre-garage' Dave? Just admiring the shrubbery. I bet you fitted it back in during a snowstorm ;)

Yes. Before the luxury of a garage big enough.

Took an hour to get that far. Cleaned, repared and rebuilt it in the evenings through the week. Re-fitted the next weekend. Outside temps didn't matter. I wouldn't work in the rain or strong wind though.

I do remember sitting in the snow replacing all the brake cylinders on the drums of of of my old Minis. And working on the bodywork of the Chrysler Charger in the deep snow. Coming in every 20 mins to de-frost the fingers. :roll:
