If discs are wrapped slightly and hitting the inner pads , then if there is float / play on caliper slide pins then the caliper would wobble.
Just wondered if John had welded the mounts for caliper carriers onto axle as , if it like his front disc set up then ...........

If John did disc conversion the rear discs are probably second hand merc with ford Scorpio / sierra calipers second hand as well.

Have you done run out on discs? As well as half shaft flange

Yep the disc's are Merc 190 fronts and correct on the ford calipers, I didn't bother with checking the run out on the disc's but I did on the shaft flange and that was fine, hence I went and got new disc's
