I am just waiting for the owners blessing to give it a go.

Meanwhile I have other issues to investigate on it. But I think the front brakes were the main issue. It should run a lot faster with the brakes off! :thumbright:

As I said before could not see what all the fuss was about if you bought a rebuild kit for a yank master cylinder back in the 1970s you got two self tappers with the kit never had any problems then :?

It was a pretty solid bit of brass actually. But I can see how it could be damaged if it was refusing to budge.

mmmm mines a drum brake car now fitted with discs front and rear with the original MC and I am just wondering if this is why car i so hard for Mary to push in the fire up road.
