nice.

I'm keeping and modifying the one i have in mine because it has the T lever reverse lock out. Hurst shifters do away with this and it's just 'rammed' across. I just like the technical look of the 'inland' lever.

They are easy to strip to remove the cable for any mods that may be required. and probably solid bushes to eliminate the rubber ones fitted as standard.

the gear lever arrived this week :D
yesterday i posted a 'longshot' wanted ad on here for a clutch pedal and would you believe it today i get offered one by nick griffiths :thumbright: he's converted his '70 duster to auto so didn't need it. i've asked him if he needs my 'bigger' auto brake pedal too and i'll have both his manual ones, just waiting to hear back, but either way i'm happy as i don't have to make a clutch pedal now, woohoo :D

i've just emailed a company in the states about flake. dawn says i should keep the valiant green but i want it metal flake so after looking at metalflake 'greens' for about an hour we've agreed on this colour. it's called poseidon and it's from a company called paint huffer https://painthuffer.bigcartel.com/products

i just ordered a pedal assembly rebuild kit with pedal rubbers and a new clutch pedal pivot tube from brewers in the states http://www.brewersperformance.com/. it'll save time making parts and i'd still need pedal rubbers anyway so.....
i want to have all the parts i need so i haven't got to stop mid way through the build up due to a small missing part.
