well i have changed the edlebrock for this and the valve covers came in the post today all three nice and shiny :thumbright:

Simon , those breathers hiss out oil , they are turned up on the underside , which is where they leak.

Better paint that block white. :help:

You NEED a TrevD thermostat housing on there....

no its ok mate input is always good BUT i have got an old set of these and i have never had any problems with them whatso ever hope to prove you wrong with these also :thumbright:

When you got oil over yer headers & block , don't go chasing leaky valve cover gaskets. ;)

Those breathers leak?, so i won't be replacing the inlet gasket after all!
Meantime, haven't read all 22 pages (read quite a few though) so what sort of HP are you expecting from the finished build, Simon?

I think you will be a little suprised once you have it run in, and plant you foot in anger for the first time . At least you will be on the road a lot quicker than me :cry:
