Midas the God that everything he touched turned to Gold.

Makes a change normal everything i touch turns to 5hit

Took a big risk and had the front pannel zinc plated.

Its border line on very tacky but hope you wont see much when grill is in.

Also got disks fitted and can now see where the wheel bolts on :woohoo:

Its like asking a women how old she is.

I have had 3 days to think about how to answer this.

I spent 2 hours polish the headlight open things only to find that when on car you cant see them.

The fun for me is this bit i will take my time and do it nice

That's the way mate. Winters just around the corner so there's no rush, as you said take your time & do it right.

You may not be able to see the headlight motors but you will know they look good & that's what matters. :trophy:

Bananarama! hell Will, just came across this post (probably in both ways that sentence can be interpreted!)
Had to resist skipping to the end to see how far you have got with it!!

It looks fantastic mate and a testament to how much you can do when you set your mind on it, and an excellent source for restos in the future!

Can't wait to see her finished mate.

Wish I had a bloody garage!!

I have both normal metal and when funds allow blower and plastic hood.

Im planning for normal hood with small hp but car and drive train ready for some power (when funds allow need more wars )

Thanks for all your kind words as always :thumbright:

Rad going for big ally job to keep it cold with electric fan.

I think im right sucking trough the rad and not blowing with fan on front :?

The rad had a suport bar to stop it expanding but made out of normal steel.
Cut up an old ally loft ladder and made brakets to hold fan. Also made a top cover to make it look pretty. All was give a polish :thumbright:
