I have had "International Tourists" walk around the back of house into my garden and start taking photos as if the place was open to the general public....
.........just be cause the house is old people think they can treat it as a public museum............

You are welcome to come and see / Stay at the house, Drew - I will warn the locals first as it is a Local village for local people and they don't like interlopers..............

Well, a bit of progress, and I think I have spent more time working on the Thatcher's TATA pickup than he has on thatching (sort of......).
Seriously, there has been progress made.
I am now more qualified and I have finally advanced from straight sticks to bent sticks.....

That wire is coming off, Drew.
The Thatcher thinks that we will end up using 6 tons of straw....and then shed loads of Chicken Wire going back on to keep the birds off!!!!
