TPS
Throttle position sensor
This tells the ECU what postion the throttle is at
Now most people mount this up on engine next to butterfly's
I mounted it next to the throttle pedal under dash this ...
A. Makes it confusing when looking at engine how does it work
B. Gives a never level of tunablity.
I will be able to make sure just before the butterfly's open fuel starts.
This will help stop the blower sneezing which can be deadly.
Made Alu house/axle block , welded rod to pedal and rose joint bar.

Fuel tank
When I made my lowered boot floor I made it a little bigger than the tank.
So I coukd line it (from demon Tweeks its £97 a sheet) or you could go to a camping shop
Lined and put tank in then made up some Alu straps to hold it down for when doing some duke jumps

Your doing some great stuff Will.
I think you could of come down on weight/ strength of the TPS bracketry & Rod ends, it doesn't need much effort to alter the TPS position.
Must of taken a while to get the ratios right

I saw this lot for real the other day. Really clever stuff
The dash wiring looks truly terrifying up close!
Do you have foam between the tank and the straps mate, can't tell from the pics?

Yes mark the angle
Have a little bit of padded double sided tape between tank and braket

Next I had a braket machined up to hold my huge fuel reg.
It's boost reference so will increase fuel pressure at a 1:1 ratio to inlet Mainfold pressure.
Polished up and nice and close to fuel rails

Will,
I am not saying you will have a problem & most likely all will be OK. But it's not good practise to solid mount regulators.

Thanks mark I see where you coming from its a piston in a bush that won't like being rattled by engine will see how we get on with it can always change later.
Since I am mounting it solid I can use hardline to feed my fuel rails.

That must be tall if you need a step ladder to reach up to the injector hat

I know it was discussed previously, but you are regulating after the rails ?
You want full pressure going to the fuel rails....
Don't worry, I must get better glasses

Well I would love to tell you all stories of making inlet runners longer and the quantum leap phenomenal.
But it's. Basically a 4inch penis enlarger that will make my blower/EFI setup
Stick out the bonnet another 4inches

Yep, you are definitely going to have to cut a big hole for that one, and drive wearing Stilts with a cushion on the seat!!!
