Whats your opinion on this one?
As I,ve said its for street use, so a 340 sounds good but I'd probably want to add a few aftermarket engine mods to give it a bit more go.

(I'd probably want the rally wheels on it)
once again- i'd appreciate your advice as i try and establish what i can expect for my money.

It's not, just had an email about it :)
He claims it is rust free but some pictures of the front passenger wing (just at the bottom, behind the wheel, look a bit suspect?

Looks a lovely car.
If it is as original as stated then you have to expect a few spots of light rusting here and there. Doesn't look suspect to me.

I notice it doesn't have 2 mirrors: can you get (repo) mirrors easily as on the 2 lhd cars I've owned it's a lot easier driving with 2 in this country!
Also it doesn't seem to have power steering or disc brakes as an option, is this a problem?

Mirrors should not be a problem & readily available, most likely repo, as opposed to OEM

Drum brakes can work fine & conversion kits should be available from after market suppliers.

No power steering seems unusual to me & not user friendly, great when driving, real pain when trying to park, good for the forearms though :D

Mirrors are re pop at $200, typically.

Really like that, best looking '71 I've seen for ages. Looks great in white and those wheels really suit it. IMHO :thumbright:

Tastefully done 8-)

Go for it!!!! :D
