Mine was running like a pig due to bloody MSD rubbish pigging ignition module.

We never did get together for a run but i was pleased with a 0.43 reaction time when I remembered to concentrate on a fast start.

shame about that dave but going by your 60 ft time you may of had me off the line anyway (1.71) quickest i got was 12.43 @ 108 1.78 6ft, guess i should be happy with that still running 3.23,s time for a change of gears

I don't know if it was just me, but all I seemed to hear over the weekend was people having problems with MSD...
The pump don’t work coz the vandals took the handles.

Whatever happened to my MSD happened between doing a burnout for the cameras on Friday afternoon where it was fine and doing the burnout before my first run on Saturday morning when I realised something was up.

Going home it was doing its rev-limiting thing again every time I tried to overtake or when I pulled out of petrol stations etc. It was fine on the way down.

The coil is getting REALLY hot as well.

I'll second that Jim, been running one for over two years with no problems. I removed an MSD6AL to fit it.

few more pics, thought i.d break the red up a bit by adding 70 stripe kit, also new hood pin kit with lanyards, also fitted 4 hole spacer to carb with 4" k&n filter almost touches the inside of the bonnet but does breath a bit better now, also now rides 3.73 gears, best time to date is 12.1 @111mph
