I was running out of suspension travel. The car came with no axle bumpers on it, so I sourced a set, fitted them and then realised why there was none on it. There was only about 3inches of travel at the bumpers, maybe a bit less.

I don't think I was having a problem with that, but there is a diff nose bumper as well and it was definitely hitting the skid plate under the car.

Much better now.

Strangely, in comparison with the other Falcons that raced back in the day, the 73 race cars (on which the colour scheem is based) really did ride very high up.

I'm in agreement with Guy Sandy, that looks a lot better with the lowering blocks out.

Ignoring all the wind ups and banter, that is a sensational car Sandy, congratulations mate! :thumbright:
