First proper run out Today, all went well until it started to flood just as I got back to the workshop, should be an easy fix.

No still working hard on them projects and switch from HTP to LOX & RP1 which has been a massive learning curve

Looks like the 408 is moving further up the to do list, might start by porting the heads while I try and get some money together

Fitted the crank scraper today. This is a hand made one from Ishihara & Johnson, you have to custom fit it to your particular engine which takes a few hours. The white teflon actually just touches and wears to the correct clearance. They make some proper mad stuff, have a look at crankscrapers.com.
