Cuda - Door Handle & Locks

Hi,
Been lookin at getting some new doors handles for my Cuda. Almost all the ones I see dont have locks or if they do, they appear to be in worse condition than mine.

One guy said he can sell me locks as well, but they are blank & I will have to get them recoded

What does this mean, is this something simple that can be done, any one done this before.

locks are available on their own
