Yeah, reference my "friend" across the road, thats the reason I didn't want to pick it up one evening next week, he's going to have a fit when it appears on the drive anyway, I'm pretty sure dropping it off a trailer at 11 o'clock at night would topple him over the edge :D :D :D

Thanx guys, beauty with this one is its all original paint wise with only a very few scabs so i can drive it as is but also I've got the option to get it repainted in the future and hopefully not be too far out of pocket.

Trouble is when if I got it painted I suddenly have a tidy truck that I won't want to chuck stuff in, which is the whole point of getting it.

Unless your aim is very bad you should only be chucking stuff inside the pickup bed not at any fresh paint on the body

Will,
It will certainly be staying like that for the forseeable future as the Dart is first in line for a refresh.

Love it! I used to have a '70 shortbed, only Mopar I have ever regretted selling, I loved that truck...

MMMMMMM!!! American Racing 5 spokes, now theres an idea.

I actually nearly bought a short bed off a mate of mine at the weekend, its a 70 with a Jensen 383 in it, but its got a very rat ( ratty!) rod look going on, plus the clincher was he wanted over 4k for it, more than I paid for mine.
