What is the best way to remove burnt rubber from fender's, thrown up during burn-out's

Petrol on a cloth, worked for me.
Are we there yet dad ..... 10 to the gallon but worth it.

why remove it , cars look so much more perposefull with rubber on the fenders

Gunk do a tar remover works well, spray on wipe off
Holts Bug off or something works well too
