right ! my car is going to be comming back on the road soon after being off the road for 25 years now,however dvla have got the manufacture date as the date of first reg in the uk.(1980)
obviously i need this changing so it qualifies for tax exempt but they want a headed paper from the club stating how old the car is etc
is there anyone in the club that can help
