Noisy Axle Dodge Charger 383

Post by Anonymous »

Had slight noise in the rear axle, nothing much, cars been standing for for a couple of weeks at a time. Took it out Sat 26th, straight off theres this noise from the back. can't really pinpoint it. It's there all the time. Any ideas, just trying to get some info before I attack it. Blown an oil line Sunday as well, can get the pipe, struggling for oil line pipe brakets to carry it to the oil cooler. Again any ideas.
Not a good weekend, kept cutting out on Saturday as well, just to add to my woes, just going to check my horoscope.
Was going to do some electrics on the house, glad I left that alone this weekend, my luck I would have fried.

Yep. I thought Dave was having an 'experience' with his food blender too.

Ferg, I think a better description of the noise would be in order. By the way, have you got oil in it?

If your having a few problems with the Charger, i guess you can always use your Mustang for a bit while you fix the Dodge ;)
