Amazing Challenger Build

Post by Dave-R »

I am not a fan of big wheels on old cars but the construction work on this Challenger with Corvette suspension is just amazining.

Pretty awesome stuff I agree. I think it will look just right, that twin turbo late model Hemi is a nice engine choice too!

OK, the body shell is about the only bit of Challenger left, but I like it!!

Dave,
Thanks for sharing the link.

That car really is amazing & nice pictorial build up. The guy building it is a true craftsman & credit to his craft.

When you see work of this calibre the marque of the car is irrellevant which makes it all the better for all to enjoy

That is what I was thinking mark but you have put it into words that I was unable to find.
I probably will not like the finished result from an aesthetic point but the skills involved are just amazing to see in themselves. I wish I had a fraction of the skill.

That really is something, the craftsmanship is incredible. I'd like to know what it weighs when it's finished, looks like it could be on the hefty side with all that tube. Be stiffer than a stiff thing though, that's for sure....

Think I might be needing some tube then...
The pump don’t work coz the vandals took the handles.
