If your not worried about numbers on the springs you might want to think about a new set from the states.

I use Brost Forge in Islington, cost about £180 to redo the last pair I took in there. Never had to wait more than a week to 10 days for them to do them. They don't do the original style clamps but no doubt you could get a set to send them. Call them on 02076072311, they do quite a lot for classic car owners.

How many inches rise do you need? That should be all they need to know.

I am starting to remember things.
The height the car sits at is determined by the spring rate and the spring camber.
The spring rate is fixed by the size and number of leaves in the spring. So unless you change the number of leaves the rate is not going to change.
So you just need the spring heated and re-curved to regain your ride height.

I'm having mine done at a place in london over christmas and they charge £80 per spring and take 1-2 weeks. Brost forge ltd 02076072311.
If you want you can send them to me and i,ll take them there with mine and then send them back to you as long as you pay the postage
