Cooked clutch

Post by GTXJim »

I cooked my clutch the other week at shakey :( the clutch plates will clean up OK but the flywheel, floater and pressure plate need to be refaced also the floater has warped by 0.012"so does anyone know where i can get them sorted prefer the South London, Surrey area as I like to drop it off and pick it up. And it needs to be done quick so it can be ready for the Nats. Also need a pilot bearing and clutch release bearing:thumbright:

give "sutton rebore" a ring mate, they might do it or at least point you to someone who will.

Have you asked Andy Robinson ? I'm sure he can sort it for you, worth a telephone call.
I am going there Weds /Thurs next week, to pick up my Prop. If you can get it to me, Icould always drop it over if you want, to save you a journey.
