Anybody used this "GUNGE" that is put into wheels and it seals the hole when you get a flat? I now that it is used on motorcycles, but I can`t find anyone that installs it in car wheels.

Going off topic a bit i have some bike tyres and they are filled with Green slime, and this slimey stuff seals a puncure fast! the stuff is a bit like blood as it clots. It only works on small punctures
You have to be careful with some of the stuff as it is water based it can cause corrosion amongst other nasty things.
There is some stuff call fix a flat that is made in the States. It comes in a large aerosol can and you put it into the tyre yourself and being made of the same stuff as the tyre itself, it doesn't wreck your rims.
I used it on my RS years ago and even picking up a two inch screw, which went straight through the tread didn't bother it.
No but you can get foam that will pump it up again and lasts for about 48 hours...smells of fish...nasty stuff
provided the hole is clean and small
you can also buy glue in wedges and cone shaped hole fillers again for bike tyres but have used sucessfully on a car tyre
you are not supposed to use it on a car tyre its dangerouse but it does get you home.... just swapped that wheel to the back. look for tubeless bike tyre repair kit
latest honda civic has green slime tyres cost a fortune and seem to fall to bits when driven by my sister, she is the only person i know who can drive till the tyre completlely delaminates and not notice. went through 2 in a month. we think garage put one on backwards, they took em both off and they dissapeared when we said we want independed verification that they wre mounted correctly and the correct tyre .
suspicous i was MMmmmm

Garden machinery places sell some stuff called linseal. I think its made by oko? Supposed to be for tractors and stuff but my transit has had it in for a few years and works a treat.
Peugoet 206 CC's have two cans of something similar instead of a spare wheel and tyre, but I think its what Dave is talking about, not a permanent fix. Don't some rally cars use Mousse tyres that are full of puncture proof gunge?
