Car sits too high, can either put sandbags in the back or get some lowering blocks.
Any ideas where to go?

Will it not settle when its all back together?
if you've fitted new shocks and / or springs it'll lift a bit anyway until everything settles a bit and its been used a few times.
As it is, theres no other weight apart from the shell, on top of all this you still need to get the height set up when its all back together. I'd leave it for a couple weeks when its all done and driveable, see what its like then. You can always lower it a bit if you not happy with it then

I trust that the spring eye and shackle bolts wern't tightened until the car was on it's wheels? Assemble loose, put car on the ground, add half a tank of gas and the spare wheel, bounce rear end a few times then tighten bolts.
