Fastest Raod Car I have Ever Driven

Post by Anonymous »

two nights ago, I drove my mates Brabus tuned Mercedes AMG E55. Twin Brabus super chargers and a smidgeon over 600bhp. £117k's worth. £7000 Harmon kardon sound System. He has o get the discs and pads changed next week. Merc want £4k. Brembo kit for AMG only.

Rocket ship on wheels. I got it to hit 4 miles per gallon. I have only experienced acceleration like that on a 1000 cc jap super bike. The thing was amazing. Got me out of Birmingham, into orbit and back in a split second

Doubt it mate, this thing was SERIOUSLY quick. A bog standard AMG E55 is fast enough, but then one that is sent to brabus for 2 blowers and further tweaks is just insane.

And so is 4 grand to fix the brakes! I can imagine 600hp in a car that can actually handle it really would be something else...

Blue, under hard cornering, the seat closed in around you then let go on the straights. The seat also levels itself electrically with hard cornering AND the tyre pressures change - the outers inflate on the corner then balance out on straights.

I dunno how they do it, but the blowers are on clutches. Once the car knows you want to rag it, it engages them. You get vicious acceleration then the blowers come in and it gets worse. I nearly shat meself. So far, it has seen 198mph. What is weird about it is the acceleration doesnt back off at all, its relentless - even approaching that speed. My mate has taken a Murcielago off the lights, and makes M3's, M5's and M6's look positively gay.

The engine has a little plaque on it, with the signature of the guy from Brabus who fitted the blowers and tuned the already evil AMG lump.

The tyres are unique to that car too.

That must be something else.

My Woman had a 55 Estate then a E63 estate which I think was 520 horses std, had all the active seats too.

Thais car was soooooquick and relentless in the way it accelerated....no power band just powere all the way at any speed.

So I can understand your excitement but can't imagine how 600 horses would feel. I bet you were giggling like a little school girl.

My Mustang has over 600 horses and that is mental
