Saw him last nite at Scala, Kings Cross 8-)

Was looking forward to it after he played a couple of blinders in London last year, but recently heard he had taken a new direction with his latest album - not heard it meself yet tho :-k

Produced by some geezer called Timbaland, or Timberlake or Millets or summat :? . Couple of mates who'd heard it were talking about 'career suicide'

Then we heard he was going to be playing it in its entirity at the gig, so we were a bit skeptical, to say the least.
Wasnt too bad live tho, tbh, but a lot of the album's 'r&b-ness' didnt come thru live (thank gawd), so I'm told.

They played 50 mins of the new album, 1x cover (Billie Jean  ), 4x Soundgarden tracks, no Audioslave and no encore

Not quite what we expected for £31 but hey ho...

So, to summarise:

From 8-)

to 8-)

to  :runaway!: :help:

Move over Ricky Martin, there's a new kid in town! :woot:
