buggy question

I own a peter lynn powerkite buggy

i was wondering if anyone out there could weld on some sort of back rest or even a proper seat

Thought about fixing in a seat into/on the buggy seat?

or

Alternativly just put a seat in, and make a strap to hold you and the seat in?
