A few years ago I tried to get it.
I tried to buy it from the owner, then I had an opportunity to buy 1 HEM and offered it in exchange plus cash, but he wasn't interested.
Never mind.

I don't know how. The DVLA won't allocate it to a car as old as a Hemi Cuda.
....... 'And anyway. Who's Hemi Cuda? There aren't many in the UK.

Jim there are ways around that ruling...check out Steve's Cuda, which has the registration CUD 4V, which is a '79/80 reg on a 70 car!
I bet that Hemi Cuda is in Norfolk Holly!
