71/2 B body lower door hinge

This has probably come up many times before but I was wondering whats the best way / cost to rebuild my passenger side lower hinge, or rebuild another to fit etc., looks like the small cylinder which takes the spring load has moved of its pivit location. Thanks.

are your hinges anything like these if so i have some for sale, these am new old stock just not sure exactly what they for, could prob use them as parts or modify to fit

Thanks for that, they are a lot different to mine unfortunately and it does not look like I could modify them but thanks anyway
